
STEP 1:
REGISTER and submit your child's participation contribution in the form below or submit a check (payable to the Grant PTA) to the front office. Participant contributions go directly to funding the cost of this program.
*Full or Partial Scholarships are available via the PTA! For a partial scholarship, please submit what you are comfortable contributing in the "pay what you can" box below.
NOTE: Because program spending decisions are based on the funds that have been contributed, we are unable to accommodate refund requests after auditions have completed ( 6pm on Friday 2/13/26)
STEP 2:
FILL out the Google Form if you haven't already.
STEP 3:
PRINT and sign a student waiver for your student to be allowed to participate in the spring play. *Note: Student participation REQUIRES a completed waiver for your child to be able to participate in the performing arts program.
