Get Ready Shamrocks!
Lace up your sneakers and make a plan to join us for our upcoming Jog-a-Thon this October!
Gather your sponsors, set your goals, and get ready to make a difference while hitting the track. Families are welcome to attend and help cheer on the students that day!
This exciting event will have students running, jogging, or walking to raise funds for Grant Elementary School. It's a fantastic way to stay active, support our school, and have fun with friends.
Prepare
Each student will receive a fun, green t-shirt to wear for the Jog-A-Thon. Please remind them to wear it the day of the event! In addition, please have your student wear comfortable shoes for running/walking and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Fundraise
Start asking family and friends for donations! They can give directly to your child’s page online, (search for participant) or provide cash/check payable to the Grant PTA that you can take to the school office with your donation log.
Other creative ideas to raise money include a bake sale, car wash or lemonade stand! Our target this year is to raise $200 per student. There will be fun prizes for classes that reach their goals!
Volunteer
We will be asking for volunteers to help with set up, photos, drinks, clean up and more!
Attend
Family and friends are encouraged to attend and cheer on joggers!! The event will kick off in the morning and finish with a dance party on the blacktop.
